DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

 

Orders

Please note that you may only purchase products from our site if you are at least 18 years old.

Free cancellation of orders is available within 7 days of placing the order. 

 

Delivery

Please understand that at this time we only ship our products within the United Kingdom and EU. If you use a non UK or EU delivery address, your order will be cancelled immediately.

We provide free shipping to the UK and EU on all orders. Please allow between 3-4 weeks to receive your order.

We try to get things right all the time but very rarely we may make a mistake by publishing inaccurate information about our products. We may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the products, even if you have received a 'Thank you for your Order' email from us. If we cancel your order, we will make sure that you receive a full refund.

Sometimes things happen which are outside of our control such as adverse weather or an incident involving one of our delivery vehicles which may mean we are unable to deliver, or are delayed from delivering any product you have ordered from us. If this happens then:

  • We will contact you as soon as possible to tell you that the delivery date may need to change.
  • When the event causing the problem is over, we will arrange a new delivery date with you.

 

Payment methods

We accept online payments with Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

 

Vouchers

Voucher codes are specific codes that can give you discounts when you buy products from us. To receive the discount stated on the voucher code you must enter the correct code into the Voucher Code box before you checkout and confirm your order. You can find the Voucher Code box on the payment details page when you checkout your Basket.

You can use only one Voucher Code per transaction and that Voucher Code can be used only once.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. If something is not right, you can return the product to us within 14 days of receiving the order. We do not cover the return shipment charges. Returns are to be paid by the customers and we will not be held liable for any losses that may occur during third party postage, therefore, we recommend that you take the appropriate measures to secure any item that you are sending via mail or courier. Please note that we will not process any returns made 14 days after the order being received.

If you decide to return a purchased item, please contact us beforehand to receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

Items returned must be sent back in the original packaging. We will not accept returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original packaging. These items will be sent back to the sender and no exchange or refund will be issued.

All refunds will be credited to the card/account used for the initial purchase. Refunds issued will not be inclusive of any shipping/delivery costs that may have been incurred when returning the order.
